Vacant House Bird Dogs Came Through

In a previous post I made here, I talked about Vacant Buildings, and in a different post I discussed Bird Dogs! Well, they came together because of a new website I constructed just for that purpose.

A bird dog is a person who finds you something. In other words, we use bird dogs in our real estate investing business to find us properties, and specifically vacant properties. We set up a website at http://VacantHouseSolutions.net to give the bird dogs a platform to enter the information and get credit for the lead.

Here’s a little screen-shot of the website. It gathers basic information about the property, and asks if the bird dog has any knowledge of who the owner is or how to find the owner. That’s the key to the puzzle, because until we find the owner we obviously do not know if there is a deal there, or if the owner even wants to sell.
